EGR Head Office is based in Queensland Australia. EGR began in 1973, producing point of purchase products and providing light plastic fabrication services. A family business, EGR was founded by brothers Greg and Rod Horwill, who today act as the company’s Directors. Among EGR’s first products were nested acrylic coffee tables, acrylic shoe stands for chain stores, and plastic framed mirrors. In 1983 EGR began production of automotive accessories, beginning with acrylic Head Light Covers for the iconic Ford XD Falcon. Acrylic weather shields for a wide range of vehicles soon followed. 

Since then, we’ve gone from strength to strength with automotive products by continually investing in new machinery to expand our product offering. Today, Auto accessories are now the largest division within EGR, producing thousands of products daily for markets around the world. In 1998 EGR South Africa opened its doors and has supplied premium Auto products to the OEM dealerships in South Africa, as well as various countries in Africa.

Our product range covers Slimline Window Visors, Canopies, Fender Flares, Side Steps, Bonnet Guards Protectors, Sports Bars, Soft and Hard Tonneau Covers, Nudge Bars, Bull Bars, Headlight Guards and more. 2012 saw EGR enter the world of high gloss building materials with the establishment of EGR’s Building Products division. Heavy investment in technology has led to world-class products across our Zenolite, Lustrolite and StyleLite brands. With increasing success in the global marketplace, Building Products is giving architects and homeowners alike the power to create stunning high gloss interior spaces.
